Insureds: Class I - All Board Members under age 80, Class II - All Volunteers under age 80.
Coverage:
Class I - Bodily Injury caused by an accident occurring while on a business trip and while performing administrative duties. Coverage commences when they leave to go on the trip and continues until they return.
Class II - Bodily Injury caused by an accident occurring while performing their assigned and supervised volunteer duties, including fund raising, trail clearing and trail maintenance duties.
Benefits:
$ 100,000 Accidental Death up to age 69
$ 50,000 Accidental Death for 70-79
$ 100,000 Accidental Dismemberment or loss of use up to age 69
$ 50,000 Accidental Dismemberment or loss of use for ages 70-79
$ 100,000 Accidental Major Paralysis up to age 69
$ 50,000 Accidental Major Paralysis for ages 70-79
$ 500 Weekly Accident Indemnity, payable from the 15th day for up to 26 consecutive weeks. Applicable to Class I insureds gainfully employed full-time. Subject to a maximum of 75% of gross salary alone or in combination with other disability benefits received.
